PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly safe high frequency snare for an endoscope capable of continuously executing the respective treatments of marking, incision and exfoliation, etc., to a mucosa without high frequency cautery of tissue to an unexpected range or depth.
SOLUTION: To the distal end part of a snare loop 10, an electrically insulating distal end chip 5 is fixedly attached in such a state that the distal end part of elastic wires 4 and 4 forming the snare loop 10 passes through. The elastic wires 4 and 4 are projected to the front from the distal end chip 5, and the projected part is used as a rod-like distal end electrode 4A.
