An active body pressure-dispersible air cell mattress of the present invention comprises: a lower layer air cell mattress (100) having separable air cells of a one side air cell group (110) and another side air cell group (120) disposed with respect to the center to disperse the body pressure of a patient； an air supply line configured to supply air to the one side air cell group (110) and the another side air cell group (120) of the lower layer air cell mattress (100), respectively or simultaneously； and an upper layer air cell mattress (200) including left/right rod type air cells, wherein a portion (210) which is in contact with a head portion of the patient and a portion (220) which is in contact with a heel portion are classified as air lift fixed type portions, and portions (230) which are in contact with shoulder, buttocks, thigh, and knee portions of the patient are classified as air lift motion type portion. The air lift motion type portion of the upper layer air cell mattress (200) has the left/right rod type air cells formed in eight channels, and some channels among the eight channels are filled with air and the rest has a function of circulation operation for letting the air out.본 발명의 능동적 체압 분산형 에어 셀 매트리스는 환자의 체압 분산을 위하여 가운데를 중심으로 일측 에어 셀 군(110)과 타측 에어 셀 군(120)의 분리형 에어 셀로 형성된 하부 층 에어 셀 매트리스(100)； 상기 하부 층 에어 셀 매트리스(100)에 형성된 일측 에어 셀 군(110)과 타측 에어 셀 군(120)에는 각각 공급되거나 동시에 공급될 수 있도록 한 에어 공급라인； 환자의 머리 부분이 닿는 부위(210)와 발 뒤꿈치 부분이 닿는 부위(220)는 공기부양 고정형 부분으로 하고, 환자의 견부, 둔부, 대퇴부, 무릎부가 닿게 되는 부위(230)는 공기 부양 동작형 부분으로 구분된 좌, 우 막대형 에어 셀의 상부 층 에어 셀 매트리스(200)； 상기 상부 층 에어 셀 매트리스(200)의 공기 부양 동작형 부분은 좌, 우 막대형 에어 셀은 8채널로 하여, 8채널 중 일부 채널은 에어가 충진되고 나머지의 채널은 에어가 빠져나가는 순환동작기능을 가진 것을 특징으로 한다.
