The present invention is large intestine peristalsis enhancing apparatus comprising a belt, a control module and two shakers. The shakers are connected to the control module, are mounted on the belt and are respectively adjustable along the belt. The control module controls the shakers to generate vibration. During use, a user may wear the belt on waist and the shakers are controlled to provide vibration to large intestine so as to enhance peristalsis thereof. Further, the intensity of vibration from the shaker may also be adjusted by adjusting location of a heavy element inside the shaker.
