The present invention relates to a method for preparing core-shell sustained release pellet including dipyridamole as an active ingredient and, more specifically, to a method for preparing core-shell sustained release pellet including tartaric acid crystal as a core component, and dipyridamole and sustained release control polymer as a shell component.
