The invention relates to a device for measuring patient compliance with oxygen therapy, including a casing (4) comprising means for detection of the oxygen therapy in order to evaluate data relating to the treatment and means for measuring a state of physical activity of the patient. Preferably, the means for measuring a state of physical activity of the patient comprise at least one sensor which senses movement of the patients body and outputs data relating to the spatial displacement of the patients body, for example a three-dimensional accelerometer (28) and processing means (40, 42) for processing the body displacement data in order to supply a state of physical activity of the patient chosen from a sleeping state, a resting state and an active state.Linvention concerne un dispositif de mesure de l observance d un traitement doxygénothérapie par un patient, incluant un boîtier (4) comprenant des moyens de détection du traitement doxygénothérapie pour évaluer des données relatives au traitement et des moyens de mesure dun état dactivité physique du patient. De préférence, les moyens de mesure dun état dactivité physique du patient comprennent au moins un capteur de mouvement corporel du patient délivrant en sortie des données de déplacement corporel du patient dans lespace, tel un accéléromètre tridimensionnel (28) et des moyens de traitement (40, 42) des données de déplacement corporel pour fournir un état dactivité physique du patient choisi parmi un état de sommeil, un état de repos et un état dactivité.
