The level of a chemical liquid in a chemical liquid container is usually maintained at a level not lower than a jet nozzle, so the chemical liquid is put into the jet nozzle by the gravity instead of a pressed air flow generated by an air compressor, and thus the chemical liquid is drawn into the jet nozzle without an output air pressure at the air compressor, and the output air pressure is used to only allow the chemical liquid, which is present in the jet nozzle, to spurt to the outside. Accordingly, the intensity of the chemical liquid jetted from the jet nozzle is significantly strong compared with the prior art, thereby reducing the operation time of the air compressor and significantly improving the efficiency of the output of the air compressor. In addition, vertical heights of a ventilation fan and a combined body of a jet duct and the jet nozzle can be changed, and the altitude angle with respect to the horizontal plane of the jet direction of the chemical liquid and the ventilation direction of the ventilation fan can be changed. The jet direction of the chemical liquid can be varied from side to side on the horizontal plane. Therefore, pest-control by the chemical liquid can be effectively performed on various crops with different heights using only a single model chemical liquid jetting device, and the chemical liquid jet range can be also widened compared with the prior art.
