The method involves pouring a raw cheese mass into cheese molds (4) and pressing the raw cheese mass to remove liquid. The pressed raw cheese mass is detached from the inner wall of the cheese mold and is emptied out of the cheese mold after a turning process. The raw cheese mass in the cheese mold is subjected to a shaking movement immediately in horizontal or vertical direction after turning process.
