Systems and methods are provided for determining an ergonomic assessment of a user. For example, sensor data may be received from one or more sensors implemented in an ergonomic evaluation garment worn by a user. Based at least in part on the sensor data, physical data associated with at least one body segment of the user may be determined. The body data is associated with a bending angle associated with the at least one body segment. Based at least in part on the physical data, an ergonomic assessment associated with the user may be determined. The ergonomic assessment may include an indication of one or more ergonomic zones associated with the user.
