To provide a plant cultivation method and device capable of promoting growth of a plant and improving quality.SOLUTION: A plant cultivation method is configured so that, a nutritious liquid supply device 10 for supplying a nutritious liquid to a plant and a gas supply device 20 for supplying a gas to a plant are controlled by a controller 30, and in supplying of the nutritious liquid into a culture soil 40, the controller 30 controls the nutritious liquid supply device 10 and the gas supply device 20 so as to supply a gas to the culture soil 40.
