PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for performing a hydroponic cultivation in a cultivation room for sight seeing capable of accepting sight-seeing visitors, easy for the visitors to walk safely, also easy to clean the floor surface in the cultivation room, and equipped with a temperature-controlling device for heating and cooling to obtain a sure temperature-controlling effects hardly being seen from the visitors and keeping a good beautiful feeling at the inside of the room. SOLUTION: This apparatus is composed by mounting a medium-supporting member 3 on a hanged supporting member 5 hanged from the ceiling of the culturing room 1, and also hanging/supporting a temperature-controlling tubular body 4 with a mounting tool 6 attached to the hanged supporting member 5 or to the medium-supporting member 3 in the vicinity of the lower part of the planting medium 2.
