PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user to arbitrarily choose a product with or without wing-like flaps on opening and to save labor to unfold the wing-like flaps, even when the user selects the product with flaps, so as to deal with a variety of occasions of the user.SOLUTION: The absorbent article comprises a sanitary napkin 1 having wing-like flaps W, a releasable sheet 12 which releasably covers a first nonskid self-adhesive layer 11 formed on the sanitary napkin 1 and forms a second nonskid self-adhesive layer 13 on a side which is not abutted on the skin, and a packaging sheet 15. When individually wrapping, the wing-like flaps W are folded to the side of a back surface sheet 2 together with the releasable sheet 12. On the releasable sheet 12, a joint part 18 which is joined to the back surface sheet 2 is formed on a front side end.
