A medical connector according to the present invention is provided with a cap having a male connector connecting part, a holder having a medical instrument connecting part, and a valve body for blocking the male connector connecting part, the valve body being pushed in by a male connector and a liquid flow channel in the male connector being made to communicate with a liquid flow channel in the medical instrument connecting part when the male connector is connected to the male connector connecting part, wherein the medical connector is characterized by the cap and the holder being linked to each other so as to be rotatable about an axis of the male connector connecting part.
