The present invention relates to a makeup cosmetic composition and a method for preparing the same, the makeup cosmetic composition has spherical powder and nonvolatile oil and is prepared at a predetermined hardness, thereby having improved sebum absorbing abilities, coating properties and formability. The makeup cosmetic composition of the present invention is prepared by mixing spherical powder having excellent sebum absorption abilities with nonvolatile oil to form a slurry, and then compressing and removing a part of oil to produce at a predetermined hardness, thereby improving formability.
