PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excellent skin detergent composition which is good in no stickiness, smoothness of the skin and moist feeling after use, and is good in no tense feeling after successive use.SOLUTION: The skin detergent composition comprises (A) a polyoxypropylene diglyceryl ether, (B) a polyether-modified silicone and (C) a cationic polymer.
