A black light lice comb which can be easily held as it is being used to examine, clean, and remove and/or eliminate nits, lice, eggs or nymphs on the scalp or from environments in which remains may be found, being characterized in that the comb is structured around a body (2), including a battery compartment (11) which is accessed at one end of said body and which is provided with a lamp device (1), which contains diodes (12) that emit black light and which is enclosed by means of a lens through which the light emitted by said diodes (12) is projected, while one line or edge of the body (2) contains a row (5) of LEDs emitting black light corresponding to a guide (9) from which a lice comb means is projected (4), formed by a plurality of teeth made with a material that conducts the black light emitted by the row (5) of LEDs.
