The invention relates to titanium cranial implants with biofunctionalized surface for cranioplasty. According to the invention, the cranial implant is obtained by starting with the mapping of the bone defect by 3D tomography which allows the identification of the dimensions and spatial geometry of the defect, serving as model for the projection of the implant, model according to which a customized titanium plate is cut out, said plate being degreased in acetone, ultrasonically washed in isopropyl alcohol and dried by argon purging, after which it is covered with an osteoinductive hydroxyapatite multi-film structure by two methods: by magnetron plasma sputtering or pulsed laser deposition, after deposition the plate being subjected to post-deposition sterilization and heat treatments.Invenţia se referă la realizarea de implanturi craniene de titan cu suprafaţă biofuncţionalizată, pentru cranioplastie. Implantul cranian, conform invenţiei, este obţinut pornind de la cartografierea defectului osos prin tomografie 3D, ceea ce permite identificarea dimensiunilor şi geometriei spaţiale a defectului, servind ca model pentru proiectarea implantului, model după care se decupează o plăcuţă de titan personalizată, care se degresează în acetonă şi se spală prin ultrasonare în alcool izopropilic, şi se usucă prin purjare în argon, după care se acoperă cu o structură multistrat osteoinductivă de hidroxiapatită, prin două metode: pulverizare în plasmă magnetron sau depunere laser pulsată, după acoperire plăcuţa fiind supusă unor tratamente termice şi de sterilizare post depunere.
