PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an implant member which can be easily installed on the joint bone, and sufficiently obtain lubrication effect by synovial fluid.SOLUTION: An implant member 10 includes a partition wall part 32 capable of forming a cavity 34 in the inside and changing the volume of the cavity, and a fixing part 33 to the bone. The partition wall part 32 has a communication part 32c which makes fluid circulate between the cavity 34 and the outside. With this, the implant member has a simple structure and can be downsized so as to be easily installed, can make synovial fluid flow into or out of the cavity 34 via the communication part 32c when a load is added to the partition wall part 32, and can sufficiently obtain lubrication effect by the synovial fluid.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4【課題】関節の骨に対して簡単に設置できると共に、関節液による潤滑効果も十分に得られるインプラント部材を提供する。【解決手段】内部に空洞34を形成し該空洞の体積を変化させることが可能な隔壁部32と、骨に対する固定部33と、を有し、隔壁部32は、空洞34と外部との間で流体が流通可能な連通部32cを有する。これにより、このインプラント部材10は、単純な構造で小型化が可能なため、設置が容易であり、また、隔壁部32に荷重が加わった場合に、連通部32cを通じて空洞34に関節液を流入あるいは流出させることができるので、関節液による潤滑効果も十分に得ることができる。【選択図】図4
