PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gemcitabine lyophilized preparation that is easily dissolved in water for injection in a short time, can suppress generation of substances similar to gemcitabine even for long-term storage, and is excellent in temporal stability, useful for treatment of diseases, such as non-small-cell lung carcinoma, pancreatic cancer, biliary tract cancer, and soluble at the time of use.SOLUTION: The gemcitabine lyophilized preparation contains: (1) gemcitabine or its pharmacologically acceptable salt and (2) nicotinamide and if necessary, an additive for medicines.
