The invention relates to medicine, in particular, to hepatology and pharmacology and can be used for preparing a combined medicament manifesting hepatoprotective action. A combined capsule-formed medicament manifesting hepatoprotective action is claimed comprising essential phospholipids, L-carnitine or tartrate L-carnitine and as active ingredients and magnesium stearate as an auxiliary substances with the following ratio, wt%: essential phospholipids – 60.0-72.0 L-carnitine or tartrate L-carnitine – 20.0-25.0 DL-alpha-tocopherol acetate – 0.5-1.5 the auxiliary substances - remaining binar preparation consisting of two capsules, the first capsule comprises (wt%): essential phospholipids – 85.0-95.0 DL-alpha-tocopherol acetate – 1.0-1.7 the auxiliary substances - remaining the second capsule comprises L-carnitine - 300-1000 g. The use of the combined medicament is applied in a complex therapy for the treatment of fatty hepatosis and toxic hepatitis of various etymology. The claimed invention provides substantial reduction of hepatocyte and cholestasis cytolisis thus proving high regeneration functional hepatocyte activity stipulated by potentiating influence of active ingredients comprising said composition: essential phospholipids, tocopherol and carnitine leading, in particular, to decreasing disease duration, substantial recovery acceleration and normalization of patient vitality.Изобретение относится к медицине, в частности к гепатологии и фармакологии, и может быть использовано для получения комбинированного лекарственного средства в форме капсул, обладающего гепатопротекторным действием.
