An opening device for surgical operation includes an opening unit and a light emitting unit capable of guiding light to the opening unit. The opening unit includes an upper ring, a lower ring disposed at interval to the upper ring and having a light source guide area, and an elastic film connected to the upper ring and the lower ring. The light emitting unit includes a light source and at least one light guide strip connected to the light source for guiding the light beam of the light source. The light guide strip is detachably connected to the light source guide area for guiding the light beam of the light source to the lower ring via the light source guide area, so that the lower ring is provided with the function of illumination.
