PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that a decomposition amount of agricultural chemicals is not sufficient when a conventional composition is used.
SOLUTION: A refrigerator includes a storage room, an ozone generator 210 for supplying ozone to the storage room, and a light source capable of irradiating a light with 315-380 nm wave length and a light with 780 nm-1 mm wave length to food stored in the storage room. The agricultural chemicals remaining in vegetables can be effectively decomposed thereby. Accordingly, safe food can be provided to consumers.
