The successive pulse trains of mechanical vibration to be transmitted in the invention to a specific part of the body comprise both - a plurality of first successive pulse trains (100; 101, 102, 103...) transmitted at successive time periods (T; T1, T2, T3... ) to said part of the body, wherein a frequency (f) of vibration in each individual pulse train (100) is maintained constant (f; fa, fb, fc...) over the course of a duration (T; T1, T2, T3... ) of said pulse train (100), said constant frequency being within the range of 20-50 Hz and the vibration at the same time being such that pressure pulses (400) of said pulse train (100) have a contact power (I) with said part of the body within the range of 40-70 dB, whereby the constant frequencies (fa, fb, fc...) of the successive pulse trains (100; 101, 102, 103...) to be transmitted to the part of the body at the successive time periods (T; T1, T2, T3... ) are mutually different and change monotonously and mostly linearly, and - at least one second pulse train (100) transmitted to said part of the body, wherein pressure pulses (400) contained in the pulse train (100) have a frequency (f) fluctuating within the range of 20-50 Hz, preferably within the range of 20-40 Hz, over the course of 2-10 seconds, preferably over the course of 5-7 seconds, and said frequency changes in accordance with sine, triangle or square wave, preferably in accordance with sine wave.Cette invention concerne un procédé destiné à résoudre les troubles du sommeil d'un
