Effervescent tablet composition for treating urinary calculus comprising potassium citrate, citric acid and potassium hydrogen carbonate as active ingredients and method for preparing an effervescent tablet using the same
PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing effervescent tablets containing potassium citrate, citric acid, or potassium carbonate is provided to ensure convenient administration and safety and to easily take in medicines. CONSTITUTION: An effervescent tablet composition for treating urolithiasis contains potassium citrate, citric acid, and potassium carbonate as a main ingredient and also contains an excipient, sweetener, lubricant, or flavoring agent. The lubricant is polyethylene glycol 6000. The amount of the lubricant is 200-500 mg. A method for manufacturing an effervescent tablet comprises: a step of mixing potassium citrate, citric acid, potassium carbonate, and excipient； a step of adding sweetener, lubricant, and flavoring agent in order； and a step of tableting the mixture.본 발명은 구연산칼륨, 구연산 및 탄산수소칼륨을 주성분으로 하는 요로결석을 효과적으로 치료할 수 있는 발포 정제(Effervescent Tablet)의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 좀 더 구체적으로 본 발명은 구연산칼륨, 구연산 및 탄산수소칼륨을 혼합하고 여기에 부형제로서 만니톨 같은 당류와 수용성 활택제인 폴리에틸렌글리콜6000 등을 추가 혼합하여 정제화 시킴으로써 휴대가 간편하고 복용시 발포되어 탄산이 함유된 청량감의 맛이 있는 제제학적으로 안정성이 확보된 요로결석치료제 제조방법에 관한 것이다.본 방법에는 주성분으로 구연산칼륨, 구연산 및 탄산수소칼륨을 각각 1정당 1745mg, 1838mg, 1440mg 이상을 함유하고 부형제로서 옥수수전분, 유당, 직타유당, 만니톨, 포도당, 미결정셀룰로오스, 백당, 과당, 활택제로서 이산화규소, 폴리에틸렌글리콜, 스테아린산마그네슘 글리세릴베헤네이트, 감미제로서 아스파탐, 스테비오사이드, 아세설팜칼륨, 착향제로서 오렌지, 레몬, 라임, 딸기, 체리, 박하, 바닐라향을 사용하여 제조시 부형제의 종류와 적절한 비율로 주성분 및 보조성분의 흡착을 최소화시켜 제제학적으로 안정성을 보장할 수 있는 제조공정을 포함한다.
