PURPOSE: A neck adjunct is provided to wash the dirty cover unit by including the cover unit which is separable from a neck band and elastic tight fit part. CONSTITUTION: A neck adjunct includes a neck band(110). The neck band surrounds the girth of neck of a patient. An elastic contact portion(120) is formed by sponge. The elastic tight fit parts are respectively combined to the upper side and lower side of the neck band. When a user puts on the neck adjunct(100), the cover unit(130) completely covers the neck band and elastic tight fit part. When the user washes the cover unit, the cover unit is separated from the neck band and elastic tight fit part.목 보조기가 개시된다. 본 발명의 목 보조기는, 환자의 목 둘레를 감싸도록 착용되어 상기 환자의 경추를 보호하는 넥 밴드； 상기 넥 밴드보다 연질의 성격을 갖는 스펀지로 마련되어 상기 넥 밴드의 상측 및 하측에 각각 결합되는 탄성밀착부； 및 착용 시 상기 넥 밴드 및 상기 탄성밀착부를 완전히 덮을 수 있도록 마련되며 세탁 시 상기 넥 밴드 및 상기 탄성밀착부로부터 분리될 수 있도록 마련되는 커버부를 포함하되, 상기 커버부는 폴리에스테르 및 폴리우레탄을 혼합한 소재로 구성되어 착용 및 세탁의 반복시에도 보풀을 방지하며 일정한 탄성을 유지할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 한다.
