PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cover for a nurse call cordless handset by means of which a second nurse call cordless handset having a casing smaller than that of a first nurse call cordless handset can use an attachment as it is which has been used by the first nurse call cordless handset, while the casing of the second nurse call is prevented from becoming dirty.SOLUTION: The second nurse call cordless handset 30 has a casing 31 smaller than that of a first nurse call cordless handset allowing a call button to be operated with an attachment, and has a call button 32 at almost the same position as the first nurse call cordless handset. The cover 1 for a nurse call cordless handset houses the second nurse call cordless handset 30, and has nearly the same outer shape as that of the casing of the first nurse call cordless handset, so that the casing 31 is covered with the cover and the casing 31 is prevented from becoming dirty.
