PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily tear and open internal/external double sheets with a single tearing force when tearing and opening a package body of food packaging with half cuts, allowing no residue.SOLUTION: A rice ball R is wrapped with a package raw sheet 7 in which the internal/external sheets 2, 3 forming the half cuts 4, 5 are laminated to enclose a sea weed S. The package body 1 whose periphery is adhere with a seal part 6 is formed. The half cuts 4, 5 include: a plurality of tilted tear guiding parts 4A, 5A which make inner edges in the seal part 6 a plurality of start end positions with the predetermined intervals, and are assembled at a dead end position at a folded part side of the internal/external sheets 2, 3； and tear parts 4B, 5B consecutively provided through the folded part in the internal/guiding sheets 2, 3 with the tear guiding parts 4A, 5A as the start end positions. A notch 8 for transmitting a tearing force to the tear guiding parts 4A, 5A of the half cuts 4, 5, respectively is formed at the upper edge part of the seat part 6 in the package body 1.【課題】食品包装の包装体をハーフカットによって破断開封するとき、内外二重のシートでも同一の破断力で容易に破断開封でき、また、その一部でも残置させない。【解決手段】ハーフカット４，５を形成した内外側シート２，３を重ね合わせ海苔Ｓを封入した包装原反７をによって握り飯Ｒを包み、周囲をシール部６で溶着した包装体１を形成する。前記ハーフカット４，５は、シール部６における内縁を所定間隔が隔てられた複数の始端位置とし、内外側シート２，３の折り返し部分側の終端位置で集約される複数の傾斜した破断案内部４Ａ，５Ａと、この破断案内部４Ａ，５Ａを始端位置として内外側シート２，３における折返し部分を経て連続して設けられる破断部４Ｂ，５Ｂとから構成する。ハーフカット４，５の破断案内部４Ａ，５Ａそれぞれに破断力が繋がるノッチ８を包装体１におけるシール部６の上縁部に形成する。【選択図】図１
