A semicylindrical osteotomy device according to the present invention comprises: a guide part having a shinbone accommodation space, in which the shinbone is accommodated, formed therein； a cutter part moving in the shinbone accommodation space, and cutting the shinbone while moving along the inner peripheral surface of the guide part； and a driving part for driving the cutter part. The semicylindrical osteotomy device according to the present invention approaches the side surface of the shinbone and inserts the guide part so as to minimize an exposed portion of the bone, thereby ensuring high surgical stability. In addition, a wire saw moves along the slit of the guide part so as to enable a semicylindrical cut bone surface to be easily and quickly formed.Un dispositif d'ostéotomie semi-cylindrique selon la présente invention comprend : une partie de guidage ayant un espace de réception de tibia, dans lequel est logé le tibia, formé à l'intérieur de celle-ci ； une partie de coupe se déplaçant dans l'espace de réception de tibia, et coupant le tibia tout en se déplaçant le long de la surface périphérique interne de la partie de guidage ； et une partie d'entraînement pour entraîner la partie de coupe. Le dispositif d'ostéotomie semi-cylindrique selon la présente invention s'approche de la surface latérale du tibia et introduit la partie de guidage de façon à réduire au minimum une partie exposée de l'os, assurant ainsi une stabilité chirurgicale élevée. De plus, une scie filaire se déplace le long de la fente de la partie de guidage de façon à permettre la formation facile et rapide d'une surface osseuse découpée semi-cylindrique.본 발명에 따른 반원통형 절골술 기구는, 내측에 경골이 수용되는 경골 수용공간이 형성되는 가이드부； 상기 경골 수용공간을 이동하며, 상기 가이드부의 내주면을 따라 이동하며 경골을 절단하는 커터부； 및 상기 커터부를 구동시키는 구동부를 포함한다. 본 발명에 따른 반원통형 절골술 기구에 의하면, 경골의 측면으로 접근하여 가이드부를 삽입함으로써, 뼈의 노출부위를 최소화하여 수술의 안정성이 높다. 또한 줄톱이 가이드부의 슬릿을 따라 이동함으로써, 반원통형의 절골면을 쉽고 빠르게 형성할 수 있다.
