PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hemofiltration instrument capable of speedily performing hemofiltration work and collection work of wastes in a suction tool.SOLUTION: A hemofiltration instrument (1A) comprises: a first cylindrical body (2) a filtration part which is provided inside the first cylindrical body (2) and has a mesh for blood filtration in the axial direction of the first cylindrical body (2) and a second cylindrical body (4) provided in the axial direction of the first cylindrical body (2).
