PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique, a device and a system for cataract surgery.SOLUTION: Examples of disclosed technology, device and system provide a method for cataract eye surgery. The method comprises a step of determining a surgery target area in a crystalline lens 600 of an eye and a step of performing photodestruction of a part of the determined target area by applying a laser pulse before forming an incision 655 on a cyst 605 of the crystalline lens in integrated surgery treatment. The laser pulse is applicable before forming an incision 665 on a cornea of the eye. In some cases, the target area includes a nucleus of the crystalline lens.
