PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving support device capable of suppressing deterioration in the physical state of a driver.SOLUTION: A driving support device includes: driving posture detection means 110 and 120 for detecting the driving posture of a driver physical state estimation means 120 for estimating the physical state of the driver on the basis of the driving posture of the driver storage means 120 and 130 for storing change in the physical state of the driver accompanied by the traveling of an own vehicle as a traveling history physical state prediction means 120 for predicting the future physical state of the driver on the basis of the traveling history stored in the storage means 130 and the current physical state of the driver estimated by the physical state estimation means 120 to determine whether or not there is a sign that the physical state of the driver deteriorates search means 120 for searching a route for suppressing deterioration in the physical state of the driver as a guidance route when it is determined that there is a sign that the physical state of the driver deteriorates and presentation means 120, 140 and 150 for presenting the searched guidance route to the driver.
