The present invention relates to a fractional laser treatment apparatus and, more specifically, to a fractional laser treatment apparatus comprising: a laser oscillation module which includes solid-fiber glass and outputs laser specific to the solid-fiber glass by generating the laser； a laser transmission module which delivers the laser outputted from the laser oscillation module； a scanner which radiates the laser delivered through the laser transmission module to the skin of a user； a controller which controls the operation of the laser oscillation module and the scanner； and a power module which applies the driving power of the fractional laser treatment apparatus. The fractional laser treatment apparatus using the solid-fiber glass for reducing burn side effects according to the present invention is able to increase frequency up to 500kHz by using the solid-fiber glass as a medium in the laser oscillation module and narrowing the pulse width of laser, produces similar effects to existing fractional laser treatment effects by irradiating laser for 0.00002 seconds and is able to reduce burn side effects.
