An integrated bite block device comprising: a cylindrical upper housing that is configured to move translationally as per requirement of mouth opening fastening mechanisms along with bearings and a first bevel gear and a second bevel gear, said first bevel gear configured to be moved from outside said housing which in turn angularly displaces said second bevel gear which is attached to said fastening mechanism for converting angular displacement motion to required translational motion for displacing said cylindrical upper housing and a lower housing to which a suction channel is attached, said channel comprising two openings, one opening for directly sucking dental debris, saliva and blood from that side of the jaw while the other opening is attached with a flexible tube-like structure that goes under the tongue to suck at the other side of the jaw.
