The present invention provides an antibacterial Chinese medicine composition, a method for producing the same and a method for using the same. The antibacterial herbal medicine composition is made from raw materials including shiso, cuckoo and sorghum. Due to the rational formulation utilization of herbal medicine and its synergistic effect, the extracted composition has antibacterial activity with a wide medicinal range and is suitable for use as a natural preservative. According to the experimental results, the antibacterial action of the above-mentioned mixed antibacterial herbal medicine composition of the present invention is superior to the antibacterial action of a single plant with respect to each microorganism of S. aureus, Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Candida albicans and Aspergillus niger. As a result, the combined action of the composition is superior to the simple addition of the actions of a single plant. It has been shown to exhibit a synergistic effect of antibacterial action among multiple species of plants.
