A bee catching apparatus includes a tube, a hood, a chamber having first and second openings, a blower, a filter, and first to third valves. The hood is used for covering a hive with bees and scraping the hive. The first valve is detachably connected to the tube and the hood for controlling communication between the tube and the cover. The second valve is detachably connected to the first opening and the tube for controlling communication between the tube and the chamber. The bees are absorbed into the chamber by absorption force of the blower via the tube. The third valve is detachably connected to the blower and the second opening for controlling communication between the blower and the chamber.
