An apparatus and method for decocting ingredients in a solvent wherein said apparatus includes a first container for containing the solvent, a pipe connecting an output of the first container to an input of the first container, and a pump placed in series with the pipe for circulating the solvent from the output to the input. The apparatus also includes a second container for containing the ingredients, where the second container is placed in series with the pipe such that the solvent circulating in the pipe can circulate in between the ingredients. A wave generator is placed next to the second container for generating a field of waves towards the ingredients.L'invention porte sur un appareil (1) de décoction d'ingrédients (2) dans un solvant (3), ledit appareil comprenant : - un premier contenant (4) pour contenir le solvant, - un tuyau (5) raccordant une sortie (01) dudit premier contenant à une entrée (I1) dudit premier contenant, - une pompe (6) placée en série avec ledit tuyau pour faire circuler le solvant de ladite sortie (01) à ladite entrée (I1), - un second contenant (7) pour contenir les ingrédients, ledit second contenant étant placé en série avec ledit tuyau, de sorte que le solvant circulant dans le tuyau puisse circuler entre les ingrédients, - un générateur d'onde (8) placé à côté dudit second contenant pour générer un champ d'ondes (FW) vers les ingrédients. La circulation dynamique du solvant en combinaison avec l'application d'un champ d'ondes vers les ingrédients permet d'accélérer l'extraction des composés dans les ingrédients, et conduit à une efficacité d'extraction améliorée.
