A compound of formula or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof for use in treating cancer, characterized by administering said compound (A) in accordance with a mode selected from the group consisting of: (a) from about 120 mg to about 270 mg of the compound of formula (A) or pharmaceutically acceptable salt for 3 days, 4 days off for 2 weeks, every 3 weeks, 6 days of in 3-week cycle, (b) from about 80 mg to about 130 mg of the compound of formula (A) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof for 7 days, 14 days off every 3 week, within 7 days of a 3 week cycle, (c) from about 10 mg to about 270 mg of the compound of formula (a) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof for 1 day 1 day off, every 3 weeks, within 11 days of a 3 week cycle, (d) from about 30 mg to about 1300 mg of the compound of formula (A) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof for 1 day 6 days off every 3 weeks, 3 days of ingestion 3 weeks cycle (d) from about 10 mg to about 600 mg of the compound of formula (A) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof for 1 day, 2 days off, followed by 1 day receiving, 3-day weekend, every 3 weeks, 6 days of in 3-week cycles, and (e) from about 5 mg to about 400 mg of the compound of formula (a) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, for 5 days, 2 days off every 3 weeks, within 15 days of a 3-week tsikla.2.
