摘要:
combinations including cry34ab / 35ab and cry6aa proteins to prevent development of resistance in maize chrysomelid (diabrotica spp.). The present invention relates in part to cry34ab / 35ab in combination with cry6aa. The present invention relates in part to the surprising finding that combinations of cry34ab / cry35ab and cry6a6 are useful for preventing the development of resistance (to any single insecticide protein system) by a maize chrysomelid (diabrotica spp. ). Included in the present invention are plants producing these cry insecticidal proteins, which are useful in alleviating the concern that the corn chrysomelid population may develop resistance to either of these insecticidal protein systems alone. Plants (and acres planted with such plants) that produce these two insecticide protein systems are included within the scope of the present invention. The present invention also relates in part to "triple stacked" cry34ab / 35ab and cry3aa protein combinations with a cry6aa protein. Transgenic plants, including maize, comprising a cry6aa gene, cry34ab / 35ab genes and a cry3aa are included within the scope of the present invention. Thus, such modalities aim at chrysomelids with three modes of action.combinações incluindo proteínas cry34ab/35ab e cry6aa para prevenir desenvolvimento de resistência em crisomelídeo do milho (diabrotica spp.). a presente invenção refere-se, em parte, à cry34ab/35ab em combinação com cry6aa. a presente invenção refere-se, em parte, à supreendente descoberta de que combinações de cry34ab/cry35ab e cry6a6 são úteis para prevenir o desenvolvimento de resistância ( a qualquer sistema de proteína inseticida isoladamente) por uma população de crisomelídeo de milho ( diabrotica spp.). incluem-se na presente invenção plantas que produzem estas proteínas inseticidas cry, as quais são úteis para atenuar a preocupação de que a população de crisomelídeo de milho possa desenvolver reisistência a qualquer um destes sistemas de proteína insetic
