PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature regulation device of a cardiac wall for use in treatment of the atrial fibrillation, using a heating ablation catheter or a cryoablation catheter.SOLUTION: A temperature regulation device of a cardiac wall according to the present invention for use in treatment of the atrial fibrillation, includes a balloon 9 covering a plurality of holes provided at respective inner end areas of an in-side tube and an out-side tube connected to a liquid tank. The balloon is inserted from an opening A of a mouth or nose of a person in a folded state, is made to stay at a site of the esophagus B that comes into contact with a cardiac wall C, and circulates liquid whose temperature is regulated in the esophagus B, in the balloon 9, thereby regulating a temperature change in the cardiac wall. Further, the liquid for circulating in the balloon can be delivered by using head drop.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】本発明は、加熱アブレーションカテーテル又は冷凍アブレーションカテーテルを用いた心房細動治療時の心臓壁の温度調整装置を提供する。【解決手段】本発明に係る心臓壁の温度調整装置は、心房細動治療において使用するものであって、液槽に接続したイン側チューブと、アウト側チューブのそれぞれの内端域に設けた複数の穴を被包したバルーン９を設け、該バルーンを折り畳んだ状態で人の口ないし鼻の開口Ａから挿入して心臓壁Ｃに接する食道Ｂの部位にとどめ、該食道Ｂ内で温度調整された液をバルーン９内で循環させることを特徴とし、心臓壁の温度変化を調整できるように構成した。また、バルーンに循環させる液を落差利用により行うこともできる。【選択図】図３
