The present invention relates to a monoclonal antibody for inducing apoptosis by binding to a cancer cell and a medical use thereof, and the antibody according to the present invention exhibits activity for cancer cell line-specific binding and thus can be used in cancer cell-targeted diagnosis or as a drug conjugate to effectively diagnose or treat cancer. Also, the antibody according to the present invention exhibits the characteristic of inducing apoptosis by binding to cancer cells, particularly breast cancer cells, and thus the antibody according to the present invention can be used alone as an anticancer drug.La présente invention concerne un anticorps monoclonal capable dinduire lapoptose dune cellule cancéreuse en se liant à elle, ainsi que son utilisation médicale. Lanticorps selon la présente invention présente une activité spécifique de liaison aux lignées cellulaires cancéreuses et peut donc être utilisé dans le cadre dun diagnostic ciblant les cellules cancéreuses ou en tant que conjugué médicamenteux en vue dun diagnostic ou dun traitement efficace du cancer. Lanticorps selon la présente invention présente également la caractéristique dinduire lapoptose des cellules cancéreuses en se liant à elles et, en particulier, lapoptose des cellules de cancer du sein, si bien que lanticorps selon la présente invention peut être utilisé seul en tant que médicament anticancéreux.본 발명은 암세포에 결합하여 세포사멸을 유도하는 단일클론 항체 및 이의 의학적 용도에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 항체는 암세포주에 특이적으로 결합하는 활성을 갖는 바, 이를 이용하여 암세포 표적화 진단 또는 치료 컨쥬게이트로서 활용하여 암을 효과적으로 진단하거나 치료할 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명의 항체는 암세포, 특히 유방암 세포에 결합하여 세포사멸을 유도하는 특성을 보이는 바, 이를 통해 본 발명의 항체 자체를 항암제로 사용할 수도 있다.
