The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical dosage form comprising a solid dispersion product of one or more active ingredients dispersed in a polymeric carrier composition, wherein said polymeric carrier composition comprises at least 95% by weight of vinylpyrrolidone homopolymer of from 1,000 to 13,000 Vinylpyrrolidone homopolymer a) having a molecular weight distribution within the range of from 5,000 to 1,500,000 and a vinylpyrrolidone copolymer b) having a weight average molecular weight of from 5,000 to 1,500,000. The formulation of the present invention is preferably produced by a melt extrusion process. The polymeric carrier composition of the present invention exhibits high drug solubility and can reduce the viscosity of the melt without deteriorating the mechanical properties and storage stability of the formulation.본 발명은 폴리머 담체 조성물에 분산된 하나 이상의 활성 성분의 고체 분산 생성물을 포함하는 약제 제형(dosage form)에 관한 것으로서, 상기 폴리머 담체 조성물은, 95 중량% 이상의 비닐피롤리돈 호모폴리머가 1,000 내지 13,000 범위이내의 분자량 분포를 지니는, 비닐피롤리돈 호모폴리머 a)와 5,000 내지 1,500,000의 중량 평균 분자량을 지닌 비닐피롤리돈 코폴리머 b)를 포함한다. 본 발명의 제형은 바람직하게는 용융 압출 공정에 의해 제조된다. 본 발명의 폴리머 담체 조성물은 높은 약물 용해력을 나타내고, 제형의 기계적 특성과 저장 안정성을 악화시킴이 없이 용융물의 점도를 감소시킬 수 있다.
