In an embodiment of the present invention, disclosed is an MRI data processing method which includes the steps of: setting a plurality of velocity encoding (VENC) which a user wants to measure filtering velocity data for each VENC removing a region with an error from the filtered data and overlapping the data for each VENC without the error. Accordingly, the present invention is useful for analyzing a low velocity flow structure with a flow field with a high velocity dynamic range.본 발명의 일 실시예는 측정을 원하는 복수 개의 VENC(velocity encoding)를 설정하는 단계 상기 각각의 VENC에 대한 속도 데이터를 필터링하는 단계 상기 필터링된 데이터에서 오류가 있는 영역을 제거하는 단계 및 오류가 제거된 각각의 VENC에 대한 데이터들을 중첩(overlapping) 하는 단계를 포함하는 MRI 촬영 데이터 처리 방법을 개시한다.
