The present invention relates to a composition for preventing or ameliorating snoring comprising olive oil (Oleum Oli vae) in an amount of 2 pcnt to 40 pcnt by weight, sunflower oil (Helianthus annuus) in an amount of 0.5 pcnt to 10 pcnt by weight, mentha oil (Oleum Menthae Japonicae) in an amount of 0.3 pcnt to 5 pcnt by weight, vitamin B6, vitamin C and vitamin E in liquid form and spray form which can be applied to the pharyngeal region in a simple and easy manner without causing uneasiness or discomfort and further can be taken or used continuously. Olive oil mainly contains oleic acid, sunflower oil maninly contains oleic acid and linoleic acid and mentha oil include mentha as component.
