PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of weeding a gutter, a crack in a tile in an outer garden, or a weed growing in a flowerpot with roots even by a woman or an elderly person having weak grip. SOLUTION: This is a device in which a minus driver used for turning a screw in a minus groove is modified, and is composed of a tip portion 3, a shank portion 8 and a grip portion 4, and a grip side of a connecting portion between the grip portion and the shank portion. Two round rings 5 or semi-circular rings are provided on the left and right sides so that the index and middle fingers can be placed on both sides of the grip, and the side of the ring is a grip with fingers for gripping, and the grip 6 for the one to be applied to the palm of the hand. The shape is a wide rectangle or an ellipse, and is made of a soft material. The tip 3 has a flat rectangular shape, and the thickness is a thin linear shape so that it can be inserted into the minus groove, and the shank portion can be replaced by inserting it into the grip portion.
