A left radial artery is punctured according to Seldingers technique 6Fr introducer 23 cm long is inserted into the left radial artery, and a solution of myotropic antispasmodic agents is introduced. That is followed by arteriography of the radial artery 6Fr introducer 23 cm long on a conductor is replaced by 7Fr introducer 45 cm long.
