The present invention relates to a method for producing a water-soluble amino acid extract by using clotted pig blood. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for producing a water-soluble amino acid extract including fourteen kinds of amino acid and active ingredients from clotted pig blood. Clotted pig blood in a clotted thrombin state is produced into water-soluble powder, and the water-soluble powder is treated by carboxylic acid and pyroligneous liquor, so bloody smells of pig blood and fat components which are animal glycerin are removed. To this end, the method comprises: a clotting step of clotting thrombin state pig blood a step of producing pig blood powder by pulverizing the clotted pig blood to have a particle size of 600 nm to 35 &mum a step of producing a first mixture by mixing the pig blood powder with distilled water and by heating the same at a temperature of 70-80°C removing a supernatant solution and separating coagulated and precipitated pig blood by cooling the first mixture at room temperature and by precipitating the same producing a second mixture by mixing the clotted pig blood and edible acetic acid and by heating the same at a temperature of 60-70°C filtering and removing precipitated fats and extracting a solution including supernatant water-soluble amino acid by cooling the second mixture at room temperature and by precipitating the same removing bad smells by mixing pyroligneous liquor with the solution including supernatant water-soluble amino acid.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016본 발명은 돼지혈 선지를 이용한 수용성 아미노산 추출물의 제조방법으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 선지시킨 트롬빈 상태의 돼지혈 선지를 수용성 분말로 만들고 카드복실산과 목초액으로 처리하여 돼지혈의 피비린 냄새와 동물성 글리세린인 지방성분을 제거한 다음에 돼지혈의 성분 중 아미노산 14종과 유효성분 등이 포함된 수용성 아미노산 추출물을 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 이를 위하여, 트롬빈 상태의 돼지혈을 선지하는 선지단계, 상기 선지된 돼지혈을 600㎚~35㎛의 입자크기로 분쇄하여 돼지혈 분말을 제조하는 단계, 상기 돼지혈 분말과 증류수를 혼합하고 70~80℃의 온도로 가열하여 1차 혼합물을 제조하는 단계, 상기 1차 혼합물을 상온으로 냉각시킨 다음에 침전시켜 상등된 용액은 제거하고 응고되어 침전된 돼지혈 선지를 분리시키는 단계, 상기 돼지혈 선지와 식용 식초산을 혼합하고 60~70℃의 온도로 가열하여
