The present invention relates to a quinoline derivative compound having Ras degradation activity and a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating cancer, containing the same as an active component. The quinoline derivative compound degrades Ras and Ras mutants by inducing ubiquitination of Ras protein to inhibit growth and proliferation from general cancer cells to resistant cancer cells, thereby exhibiting an excellent anticancer effect. Therefore, the quinoline derivative compound has an effect of preventing, alleviating, or treating a broad spectrum of cancer diseases.본 발명은 Ras 분해 활성을 갖는 퀴놀린 유도체 화합물 및 이를 유효성분으로 포함하는 암의 예방 또는 치료하기 위한 약학 조성물에 관한 것으로, 이는 Ras 단백질의 유비퀴틴화를 유도하여, Ras, Ras 돌연변이를 분해함으로써, 일반 암세포부터 내성 암세포까지 성장 및 증식을 억제하기 때문에, 매우 우수한 항암 효과를 나타내는 바, 광범위한 암질환을 대상으로 예방, 개선 또는 치료하는 효능을 갖는다.
