The present invention relates to novel synergistic composition of bioactive amounts of Pymetrozine, at least one fungicide and at least one Insecticide wherein fungicide is selected from Azoxystrobin, Trifloxystrobin, Thifluzamide and Insecticide is selected from Clothianidin, Thiamethoxam, Dinotefuran, Imidacloprid, Tolfenpyrad, Flonicamid, and Buprofezin. The present invention also relates to process for preparing the said synergistic composition comprising bioactive amounts of Pymetrozine, fungicide and one Insecticide with one or more inactive excipients.
