PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent leakage of urine to an outerwear in a use mode as a simple replacement mode, and facilitate smooth transfer of urine to the outerwear in a use mode as auxiliary absorption.SOLUTION: An absorbent article comprises: an absorber 2 a top sheet 3 for covering a skin side of the absorber 2 a waterproof sheet 4 for covering a non-skin side of the absorber 2 and a liquid permeable back sheet 5 for covering the non-skin side of the waterproof sheet 4. On a part extending in outside in a width direction of the absorber 2 of the waterproof sheet 4, a tearable line 8 which can be torn along a longitudinal direction is provided. In a use mode for simple replacement where the waterproof sheet 4 is interposed on a non-skin side of the absorber 2, since no tearable line 8 is formed on a position overlapped to the absorber 2, leakage through the tearable line 8 can be prevented, and the tearable line 8 does not directly contact an outerwear 30, tearing of the waterproof sheet 4 in use can be prevented. In a use mode for auxiliary absorption where the waterproof sheet 4 is not interposed on the non-skin side of the absorber 2, the waterproof sheet 4 can be pulled out simply, by tearing it from the tearable line 8.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】簡易交換用としての使用態様においてアウターへの尿の漏れを防止するとともに、補助吸収用としての使用態様においてアウターに尿がスムーズに移行できるようにする。【解決手段】吸収体2と、吸収体2の肌側を覆うトップシート3と、吸収体2の非肌側を覆う防水シート4と、防水シート4の非肌側を覆う透液性のバックシート5とを備える。防水シート4の吸収体2より幅方向外側に延在する部分に、長手方向に沿って引裂可能な引裂線8を備える。吸収体2の非肌側に防水シート4が介在する簡易交換用の使用態様において、吸収体2と重なる位置に引裂線8が形成されないため、引裂線8を通じた漏れが防止でき、引裂線8が直接アウター30に接しないため、使用中の防水シート4の裂けが防止できる。吸収体2の非肌側に防水シート4が介在しない補助吸収用の使用態様において、引裂線8から引き裂いて簡単に防水シート4を引き抜くことができる。【選択図】図3
