PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable body warmer with an aroma which suppresses the aroma during a period after its production and before use even when the period is long, starts to give the aroma upon human actions during use, and gives aromatherapeutic effect by actively generating and diffusing the aroma using exothermic principle of the disposable body warmer.SOLUTION: The disposable body warmer includes an air-permeable flat bag 11 and a heat producing composition 12 sealed within the bag that produces heat upon oxidation under the existence of oxygen. The flat bag has, on its all faces, on one face or on a part of one face, paint films 13 of microcapsules made by enclosing aromatic oil within capsule containers.
