The present invention relates to a manufacture method of surgery guide template, which comprises: using a computerized tomography(CT) to obtain the 3D digital image data of a surgery site inputting said 3D digital image data into a medical image reconstruction software to perform a digital model construction so as to reconstruct the 3D digital model of a surgery site then using a reverse engineering software to open said 3D digital model so as to perform a surgery implantation plan in the reverse engineering software and design an implanted marker according to the size and the direction of the implant outputting an auxiliary model file that had completed implantation plan to manufacture a physical auxiliary model of a surgery site finally coating the physical auxiliary model with the material of making guide template so that a surgery guide template capable of adhering to the surface of a surgery site and having a guide hole can be formed on the bottom. While performing a surgery, the surgery guide template can be used to auxilarily guide an implant to be implanted into an accurate position. Thereby, the purposes of effectively promoting the success rate of surgery and lowering the production cost can be achieved.一種手術導引模板之製作方法,其係對欲施以手術之部位先以電腦斷層掃描的方式,取得3D數位影像資料,接著將該3D數位影像資料匯入醫學影像重建軟體進行數位模型建立,而可重建出手術部位之立體數位模型,再以逆向工程軟體開啟該立體數位模型,即可於逆向工程軟體中進行手術的植入規劃,並依照植體的尺寸、方位設計植入標記物,接著將該完成植入規劃之輔助模型檔案輸出,製作出手術部位之實體輔助模型,最後將製作導引模板之材料披覆於實體輔助模型上,而於底面成型出可貼合於手術部位表面及具有導引孔之手術導引模板,進而於實施手術時,可利用該手術導引模板的輔助導引,將植體植入正確的位置,以達到有效提升手術成功率及降低製作成本之目的。
